Sporticks provides football information, live scores, match information, community features and entertainment.

Accounts and community features are intended for users aged 13 or over.

You are responsible for your account access and must provide appropriate account information.

One person should not deliberately create multiple accounts to manipulate votes, leaderboards or community features.

You must not use usernames or avatars that include:

·Abusive or hateful content

·Impersonation of others

·Unlawful content

·Explicit material

·Infringing material

Sporticks may remove inappropriate usernames or avatars, or suspend accounts, where reasonably necessary.

Votes, predictions, leaderboards and future games are primarily entertainment and community features.

Sporticks may remove fraudulent or manipulated participation.

Unless Sporticks explicitly announces otherwise, points, coins, badges, ranks and PRO status are virtual community features.

They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Live scores, statistics, lineups, fixtures and related football information may occasionally be delayed, incomplete or incorrect.

You should not rely on Sporticks for financial or betting decisions.

Sporticks is not a bookmaker or gambling service.

Community predictions do not constitute wagers and no stake is required for normal Sporticks prediction features.

Club names, crests, league and competition names, trademarks and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Sporticks is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any club, league, federation or governing body unless explicitly stated.

Original Sporticks branding, software, site design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Sporticks is not currently represented as a registered trademark.

You retain ownership of content you own that you submit (for example an avatar).

You grant Sporticks the limited permission necessary to host, display and use that content to operate Sporticks.

You must have the right to upload anything you submit.

You must not:

·Attack or disrupt Sporticks

·Scrape the service at abusive scale

·Manipulate voting or community systems

·Impersonate others

·Upload illegal or infringing material

·Harass other users

·Exploit security vulnerabilities

·Use automated systems to unfairly influence community games

Sporticks may restrict or suspend accounts that seriously violate these Terms, manipulate community systems, threaten security or break applicable law.

Sporticks is an evolving product. Features may change, be added or removed.

Sporticks does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Sporticks is provided for general football information and entertainment. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Mandatory legal and consumer rights applicable to you are unaffected by these Terms.

Sporticks has not yet decided its eventual corporate jurisdiction. A specific governing-law clause will be added after incorporation and legal review.
